Rebuilding Lives Through Evangelism
In the village of Idjwi and the city of Goma, DRC, we are dedicated to uplifting Pygmy and vulnerable children through education. This mission thrives on the selfless contributions of our dedicated members and the invaluable support from HARVEST VISION and PIPES International, who aid in evangelization and overseeing Pygmy schools.
Since September 1995, EGD has grown to 40+ thriving campuses, with facilities for worship and education such as leadership and Bible college. Our commitment to these children stems from our belief that they are the leaders of tomorrow. Through our school ministry, we spread the message of HOPE and LOVE, empowering those eager to learn despite their financial hardships.
Amidst the challenges of war and displacement, we embrace refugees in the city, providing essential support. Our initiatives include teaching women essential skills like sewing, making doughnuts and chapati and helping men find work, ensuring families can rebuild their lives.
Our community regularly delivers food and clothing to vulnerable children, prisoner, refugees, widows, and etc... demonstrating our unwavering compassion and commitment to their well-being. Together, we are creating a brighter future.
